چکیده

Supervize funguje jako nezávislá odborná podpora pro profesionály, a to především v oborech, kde se intenzivně pracuje vztahem či s emocemi. Ovšem ve většině škol představuje supervize téměř neznámý pojem, nebo naopak není správně vykládán. Také proces zavedení do školy je prozatím neprobádanou oblastí, od které ovšem velmi významně odráží další vývoj její efektivita. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo provést analýzu popsat současný postoj pedagogických pracovníků školství k supervizi. K naplnění výše stanoveného cíle byla použita metoda kvalitativního charakteru, dotazování, technika neřízeného rozhovoru. Osloveni byli pedagogičtí pracovníci (učitelé i ředitelé) školách Plzeňského kraje. Výsledky byly zpracovány metodou vytváření trsů. poukazují na alarmující fakt, že ani jedné škole nebyla kvalitně zavedena tudíž zkušenosti ní jsou negativní.
